Short about the role

The work involves acting as a regular passenger while simultaneously observing and collecting information about specific aspects of the customer experience on board the train.

The assignment runs from July to September with the possibility of extension.

You will be scheduled to know which lines you need to travel on and which transfers you need to make during your shift. A shift can therefore involve traveling by train for a longer distance. The position is perfect as a part-time job alongside studies or other part-time work for those who wish to work approximately 20 hours per month.

Work shifts will be scheduled on weekdays and weekends, during mornings, daytime, and evenings.

The schedule is set week by week and will be adapted to your wishes and needs as much as possible.

Short about you

We are looking for someone who lives in Stockholm and surrounding areas and who wants to start working already in July. You want to work flexibly but continuously, approximately 20 hours per month.

You are quick to learn and self-motivated. You find it easy to plan and understand the importance of how you behave on board to discreetly report your observations in a digital form on your mobile phone without losing accuracy in your observations.

Previous similar work experience is considered an asset.
